We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Defective Items
If your item arrives defective or faulty, we will always make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will offer you a full refund or an exchange — whichever you prefer. Return shipping for defective items is covered by us.
Non-returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect: *Fabric cut to order — as these are prepared specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns once cut * Items that have been used or washed *Custom or personalised orders *Sale items
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us through our website within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond with instructions on next steps.
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping on all approved returns and exchanges. Once your request is approved, we will arrange the details with you directly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
