Shipping Destination
We ship worldwide! Orders can be delivered both within Jamaica and to international addresses.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The applicable rate will be displayed before payment is made.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days for ready to ship/non custom orders. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Real-time tracking is not available for most shipments. If your order is shipped via Jamaica Post, you will receive a text message to your registered phone number when your package is ready for pickup at your nearest post office. International orders shipped via courier will include tracking details where available.
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total. If your order is significantly delayed or you believe it is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
