Shipping Destination
We currently ship within Jamaica only. Orders cannot be delivered to international addresses at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The applicable rate will be displayed before payment is made.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Real-time tracking is not available for most shipments. If your order is shipped via Jamaica Post, you will receive a text message to your registered phone number when your package is ready for pickup at your nearest post office.
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or you believe it is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
